Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Dugsikaab School Management System, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the Service

Dugsikaab provides a multi-tenant, cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS). Your use of the service is subject to the following:

• Account Security: School Administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials. Any unauthorized use of your school's account must be reported immediately.
• Data Entry: The school is responsible for the accuracy and legality of the student, guardian, and financial data entered into the system.

2. Subscription & Payments

Our service operates on a subscription-based model. By choosing Dugsikaab, you agree that:

• Billing: Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable.
• Deactivation: Failure to pay subscription fees within the grace period may lead to the suspension of system access until the balance is cleared.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with a minimum of 30 days' notice to active schools.

3. Data Ownership

We respect your school's ownership of its records:

• The School: Owns all intellectual property rights to the data uploaded (Student Names, Marks, Receipts).
• Dugsikaab: Owns the software code, database schema, design, and trademarks. You may not reverse engineer or attempt to copy the software's architecture.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Attempting to bypass the SaaS Wall to access data belonging to other schools.
• Using the system to store or transmit malicious code or viruses.
• Automating system access (scraping) without prior written authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dugsikaab is provided "as is." While we maintain high security standards and regular backups, we shall not be held liable for any loss of profits, data, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

6. Termination of Service

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the school will have 30 days to export their data (using the Data Export tool in the Admin panel) before the tenant account is permanently archived.
